Sam Peter Jackson
Sam's latest short film The Space You Need (a queer romcom partly set in outer space) has just started its festival journey.
His previous short Clothes & Blow screened at over 20 festivals, won 4 awards and was released by Peccadillo Pictures as part of Boys On Film 21 on DVD/BluRay and Amazon Prime.

In total, Sam has made 7 short films and has a background as a playwright. His play Public Property ran at Trafalgar Studios in the West End and earned him a WhatsOnStage nomination for Best New Comedy.
​
Other notable projects include the acclaimed Channel 4 documentary First Cut: The Other Michael Jackson, which Sam co-wrote and narrated. And the 2018 VR film Lucid, on which he worked as a Motion Capture Performance Director and which premiered at the 75th Venice Film Festival.
​
Sam also works regularly on graduate films with drama schools, having written scripts for RADA and Oxford School of Drama and directed two films for Rose Bruford College.
​
His first feature Acts of Thievery, for which he recently won the pitching competition at the inaugrual Picturehouse Create (formerly Sundance London), is currently in development. The script is in the top 1% recommended projects on Black List.
He is part of BAFTA Connect.
